Sulphadiazine-trimethoprim combination in urinary tract infection : a clinical study.

The combination of Trimethoprim with Sulphadiazine was tried in 100 patients with urinary tract infection. A cure was achieved in 85 percent of the cases with E. Coli infection, with a 10 day regimen. A 20 day course was necesary in the case of Klebsiella. |
